Wayne began Toothpicks Creative Pty Ltd in 1991. As CEO, his passion for design has never dimmed. Wayne remains hands on in the studio, effortlessly creative with a backbone of true experience. Wayne has spent the last 32 years in graphic, advertising, industrial and retail design ... a true veteran.

 

LEISEL SMART

BUSINESS MANAGER/

DESIGNER

 

Leisel Smart, as the name implies, has an outstanding history of applying her 'Smarts' in the financial markets as a funds manager. Leisel joined Toothpicks Creative in 2006 as our business manager, igniting her passion for interior design, leading her to further her education within the industry. After 13 years, her design skills have come close to surpassing her financial expertise.

ELLIE SMART

DESIGNER

 

 

Ellie joined us in January 2018 after studying at RMIT. As our Sketch-up and Adobe Queen, Ellie gets those drawings and changes out at lightning speed, with amazing accuracy. Ellie has come very far in skill and artistic taste, a crucial member of the team. We have already made a joke about the 'Smart' surname, so it will not be reiterated ... but don't doubt Ellie's intelligence.

VADIM RAGOZIN

Vadim joined us in 2019 after achieving a Bachelor's degree in Physics at The University of Melbourne. For the last 4 years Vadim has pursued Photography and Art, initially as a hobby and now professionally. Taming his wild creativity with mathematical precision, Vadim strives for both functionality and beauty.
